First Year Non Portfolio Officer
 
The First Year Non Portfolio Officer shall:
 
-           Act as members of the Executive Committee with all associated responsibilities.
 
-           Act to further the participation and involvement of Firs Year Students and Students on single year courses within Union activities.
 
-           May act as a substitute in the absence of any Committee member (with the exception of the president).
 
Currently this position is vacant and will be elected in October
